This coming Sabbath is Christmas Day and REALife SS will be singing and playing Christmas carols at the Chattanooga Community Kitchen beginning at 10:00a. We will be providing background music for several hours in the Day Center while the homeless guests wait to go through line for Christmas dinner. Come join us with your voices and instruments (even for part of the time) and help bring some Christmas cheer to downtown Chattanooga.
Click here for directions. The Kitchen/Day Center/Thrift Store/Recycling Center take up the entire city block. Park across the street from the green awning, and enter the Day Center through the doors to the right of the awning. The Day Center staff recommend that any valuables such as purses, etc. be left in your vehicle (or preferably at home) since they expect a very full house that day.
